     My name is Courtney Logan. I started working at BUMP in 2002. I currently work as the lead teacher in the infant room, but have worked as a lead in other various rooms in the past. I love watching the children grow and learn. I graduated from Youngstown State University in 2006 with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. I currently live in Lisbon with my husband  and our 4 children.

     My name is Donna Bouslough. I have been working at BUMP since 2004 and have enjoyed my time here working with the children and watching them grow. I received my CDA in 2013. I am currently working in the infant room. In my free time I enjoy cooking and sharing recipes with my co workers. I am married with 3 sons.

   My name is Jenna Lanterman. I work in the infant room at BUMP. I love working with the babies and watching them grow and play. I am married with two children. Kaylee, 5, attends BUMP, and my son, Logan is in 7th grade.

     My name is Angela Hippley.  I have taught at BUMP since August 1998. I started working in the infant room when I was in college obtaining my degree in Early Childhood Education from YSU, and then moved into the toddler room in July 2013. I love the toddler room, we are an active room and focus on self-help skills and learning through play.  I live in Boardman with my husband and 3 children.

      My name is Haylee Cotter. I am currently attending Youngstown State University, majoring in Early Childhood Education. I have been working at BUMP for 2 years in the toddler room. In my spare time, I enjoy scrapbooking and spending time with my friends and family.

    My name is Gina Saxton. I currently work in the Toddler Room at BUMP. I love my job at BUMP and started working here in 2013. I love being active and involved with watching the children learn.  I graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelors Degree in 1987. I am married and have three daughters, Anna, Ashley and Alicia. All 3 girls attended BUMP.

     My name is Amber Fry. I have been employed at BUMP for one year. I am the Assistant Teacher in the All By Myself room. I have one daughter who attends BUMP. I absolutely love my job. I am a BUMP alumni, go Yellow and Red! I also work in the church nursery on Sundays. I am currently working on obtaining my CDA in hopes of furthering my career in the early childhood education field.

     My name is Amanda Lovell. I am the Lead teacher in the 3 year old Preschool room. I live in Struthers with my husband and two dogs. I recently obtained my CDA and have also attended Cosmetology School.

My name is Lisa Lowery, and I am the lead teacher for the 3 Year Old Preschool room.

I am a mother of three children. Zachery will be graduating from high school and attending Kent State. Maddie is a charming and very girly 8 year old. And Meredyth is a silly, out-going artist at the age of 5. I am also an animal lover and consider my two dogs, Zoey and Lizzy, my pawed children. My husband, Bill, and I met both working in the music industry on the East Coast. I am very involved with my church, leading the worship team along with children's bible studies. I stay involved in my community through neighborhood watch and development teams, and the PTA. I have been working in the childcare field for over 12 years. I recently completed my early childhood CDA, specializing in Preschool Education. I am planning to further my education at Youngstown State University. 

Working with children is my passion. I believe children deserve the absolute best guidance and care they can receive. I am so happy to be a part of the BUMP family! BUMP has proven that it provides a safe and caring learning environment for all children. From the caring staff, facility's security, and age appropriate materials, BUMP exceeds the standards.

     My name is Jean Miller. I have been a teacher at BUMP for 21 years and I can truly say that "I love teaching pre-school." As a life long learner and educator I have pursued many professional development courses in addition to my teaching degree from Kent State University. My teaching style is easy breezy, play based, age appropriate and based on the need and interests of my students. Each student moves along the continuum of "Objectives for Development and Learning" set forth in Creative Curriculum. We align the " Ohio's Early Learning and Development Standards" to our objectives to help illuminate the breadth of learning that takes place during each school year. We are constantly striving to strengthen school readiness skills in all the essential domains set forth in OELDS. Remember, pre-school is awesome!

        My name is Melissa Krantz. I have been working at BUMP for the past four years, and I absolutely love my job. Everyday I look forward to seeing the children's smiling faces. I love and care for every child at the center like they are my own. I have two kids, Mason, 12 and Mya,6.

    My name is Ashley Klase. I am currently attending Youngstown State University majoring in  Early Childhood Education. I help in every classroom where I am needed. I love working with young children and plan to work with them my whole life. In my free time I enjoy babysitting and being outdoors.

       My name is Jennifer Zupanek. I have worked with children in many capacities over 15 years. Most of my work in PA has been with children diagnosed with Autism. My work involved one on one instruction in the home, school and community settings. As a Program Coordinator, I worked closely with the families, schools and agency's to ensure continuity of care.

        I have been blessed to involved with BUMP for two years now. Even though I am only here 2 days a week, I enjoy having the opportunity to go into all the classrooms and helping the teachers and children with their needs. It is a joy to get to know all the children and their families.

        When I am not at BUMP, I work as a gymnastics instructor at Youngstown Gymnastics Center. My husband and I have been married for 15 years. We have 2 children, our daughter Sarah is a competitive gymnast and our son Caleb is involved in competitive Soccer and Baseball.
